Every month, we feature a new House-Made Sausage of the Month. Keep coming back for more unique creations from the Stiles Switch Sausage Team, led by Chris Crowley.

THE BEEF CHIMICHURRI SAUSAGE

This all-beef link is our spin on the classic flavors of a Brazilian churrasco! Seasoned with lime, oregano, garlic, parsley, cilantro, coal charred red onions, and red chiles. Served with a side of house red Chimichurri sauce for dipping!

May 28th

Smoked Brisket Burger Day meets NATIONAL BURGER DAY! We start with house-ground and smoked 1/2lb brisket burgers. Today we will be featuring two fan favorites. The STEAKHOUSE SMOKED BRISKET BURGER - this bad boy is topped off with house made ROASTED BONE MARROW COMPOUND BUTTER. Dressed with Swiss Cheese, Carmelized Onions, Chipotle Garlic Aioli, Lettuce, & Tomato. Served with your choice of Homemade French Fries or Homemade Onion Rings. Or keep it classic, and try the ALL AMERICAN SMOKED BRISKET CHEESEBURGER - dressed with American Cheese, Switch Special Sauce, and pickles. Served with your choice of homemade Onion Rings or Homemade French Fries.

The Pitmaster Cuban Sandwich - we only feature this once a month and today is the day! Get by for this one. We start with our house made ham. We house brine and smoke our ham...which is a one week process. Sliced deli thin and then combined with our slow smoked pork shoulder. Dressed with Swiss Cheese, Lance's mustard, and pickles. Served with a side of homemade French Fries.

OAK SMOKED "BRISKET FAT HOT SAUCE" WINGS - get by for this house sauce. 1st we slow smoke our wings and flash fry to finish. Sauced and tossed to order. This is one great sauce. The richness of the brisket fat mixed with our house hot sauce...its one to write home about!

NASHVILLE HOT SMOKED PORK BELLY BURNT ENDS - we take our slow-smoked pork belly burnt ends an toss them in our house "Nashville Hot" Smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends Sauce. Served over white bread and skewered with pickles.

SMOKED PRIME RIB - served by the plate served with two special sides: Smoked Pork Hash with Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes & Sauteed Green Beans with Bacon & Tomatoes. Served with horseradish cream sauce and a dinner roll. Or grab this special cut by the 1/2 lb a la carte.
