If you are just joining us, our Annual 12 Days of Smoked Meat has become a local holiday tradition. For 12 Days in December we feature a non-regular smoked meat special menu item. A lot of these culinary creations are only featured once a year at Stiles Switch BBQ. We also invite some of our favorite friends to collaborate on special days for one day only. This season is about food, fun, and friendship here at Stiles Switch BBQ! We can't wait to reveal this year's menu lineup with you soon!
