Every month, we feature a new House-Made Sausage of the Month. Keep coming back for more unique creations from the Stiles Switch Sausage Team, led by Chris Crowley.

Don't skip that March House Made Sausage of the Month: The Pimento Cheese Sausage - This house-made pork sausage is perfectly seasoned with the flavors of a classic pimento cheese spread. Smoked Red Bell Peppers, Green Onions, Seasoned Salt, Paprika, & house-made hot sauce, and EXTRA CHEESE! We serve this special link with our signature Dunker's Seasoned Crackers & homemade Pimento Cheese Spread.

SMOKED PRIME RIB - served by the plate served with two special sides: Smoked Pork Hash with Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes & Sauteed Green Beans with Bacon & Tomatoes. Served with horseradish cream sauce and a dinner roll. Or grab this special cut by the 1/2 lb a la carte.

Smoked Brisket Burger Day! We start with house ground and smoked 1/2lb brisket burgers. Today we will be featuring (2) fan favorite burgers. The Bacon Pimento Cheese Smoked Brisket Burger - Crispy Bacon, Pimento Cheese, Green Leaf Lettuce, and Tomato. Choice of Homemade Onion Rings or Homemade Fries...or keep it classic with The All American Burger - served with homemade onion rings and fries Served with your choice of homemade onion rings or homemade French fries. Or try the classic ALL AMERICAN SMOKED BRISKET CHEESEBURGER - dressed with American Cheese, Switch Special Sauce, and pickles. Served with your choice of homemade Onion Rings or Homemade French Fries.

EASTER SUNDAY - House Smoked Ham served with a side of Honey BBQ Glaze - served by the 1/2 lb or as a meat option on our 1,2, and 3 meat plates.

The Hot N' Crunchy Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich - Thin Chicken breast cutlet dredged in hot n crunchy breading & then flash fried to golden brown. Topped with thin slices of our smokehouse pit ham and Suizas sauce (a Swiss cheese cream sauce). All of this piled on a fresh Shiela Partin sweet sourdough bun with pickle slices and a light smear of creamy Dijon mustard. Served with homemade French Fries.
