Every month, we feature a new House-Made Sausage of the Month. Keep coming back for more unique creations from the Stiles Switch Sausage Team, led by Chris Crowley.
Pimento Cheese Sausage
This house-made pork sausage is perfectly seasoned with the flavors of a classic pimento cheese spread. Smoked Red Bell Peppers, Green Onions, Seasoned Salt, Paprika, & house-made hot sauce, and EXTRA CHEESE!
Served with our Dunker's Seasoned Crackers & homemade Pimento Cheese Spread.

October 8th
SMOKED PRIME RIB by the plate with a special side of Duck Fat Potatoes with Crispy Pork Hash, a side of Sauteed Green Beans with bacon & tomatoes, a dinner roll, and horseradish cream sauce. Or grab it a la carte by the 1/2 lb.
Thursday
October 9th
SMOKED BRISKET BURGER THURSDAY - we start with house ground & smoked 1/2lb brisket burgers. This week try: The Chile Relleno Burger - smoked brisket burger loaded with jack cheese inside the patty, dressed with cilantro mayo, lettuce, tomato, and topped with roasted poblano peppers, caramelized onions, and crispy fried jalapeno strips. Served on a fresh jalapeno cheddar bun. Or keep it classic & try The All-American Cheeseburger, both served with fries and rings. Served with your choice of homemade onion rings or homemade fries. Or keep it classic with the ALL AMERICAN SMOKED BRISKET CHEESEBURGER - dressed with American Cheese, Switch special sauce, and pickles. Choice of homemade onion rings or fries.

The Special cut on the Block - the SMOKED PICANHA with House Chimichurri. This special cut is from the Sirloin Cap. We put our Texas BBQ spin on this one, slow smoking over post wood. If you are a steak lover, this one is for you! Don't skip it!

HOUSE MADE SAUSAGE OF THE MONTH - OCTOBER - The Pimento Cheese Sausage - served with a side of Dunker's Seasoned Crackers & Homemade Pimento Cheese.

Chicken Fried Steak Finger Basket - served with Cream Gravy, Texas Toast, and hand cut homemade French Fries.
Tuesday
October 14th
The Mailman Sandwich - Bisket, Switch Original Sausage, and diced onion all table chopped together. Dressed with Lance's Mustard and finished with a drizzle of Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce. Served with a side of homemade French Fries.
