House Made Sausage of the Month of April
Every month we feature a new House Made Sausage of The Month. Keep coming back for more unique creations from the Stiles Switch Sausage Team led by Chris Crowley and Ryan Wilson.
THE PIMENTO CHEESE SAUSAGE
This house-made pork sausage is perfectly seasoned with the flavors of a classic pimento cheese spread. Smoked Red Bell Peppers, Green Onions, Seasoned Salt, Paprika, & house-made hot sauce, and EXTRA CHEESE! We serve this special link up with our signature Dunker's Seasoned Crackers & homemade Pimento Cheese Spread. Put some South in Your Mouth!

SMOKED CHICKEN PHILLY SANDWICH - Smoked Chicken finished on the griddle with sautéed peppers and onions. Topped off with house chile con queso, avocado mash, and pico de gallo. Served with a side of homemade French fries.

SMOKED PRIME RIB by the plate with a special side of Duck Fat Potatoes with Crispy Pork Hash, a side of Sauteed Green Beans with bacon & tomatoes, a dinner roll, and horseradish cream sauce. Or grab it a la carte by the 1/2 lb.

SMOKED BRISKET BURGER DAY! We start with House Ground & Smoked Brisket Burgers! This week try the GREEN CHILI SMOKED BRISKET CHEESEBURGER- dressed with cilantro lime mayo, pickles, lettuce, tomato, sliced pepperjack , and roasted hatch green chilis. Served with your choice of homemade Onion Rings or Homemade French Fries. - Or keep it Classic & try the ALL AMERICAN SMOKED BRISKET CHEESEBURGER - dressed with American Cheese, Switch special Sauce, and pickles. Choice of homemade onion rings or homemade fries.

GOOD FRIDAY - We will have Two Specials on the Specials Board! - FRIED CATFISH PLATE - served with a homemade hush puppies, hand cut homemade French fries, Switch coleslaw, and Jalapeno Tarter Sauce. We will also have that special cut the SMOKED PICANHA with House Chimichurri. This special cut is from the Sirloin Cap. We put our Texas BBQ spin on this one slow smoking over post wood. If you are a steak lover, this one is for you! Don't skip it!
