House Made Sausage of the Month of JANUARY
Every month we feature a new House Made Sausage of The Month. Keep coming back for more unique creations from the Stiles Switch Sausage Team led by Chris Crowley and Ryan Wilson.
THE BEEF & BACON SAUSAGE
This Beefy link is flavored with chilis, sage, onion, and garlic and finished off by stuffing with bits and bits of savory bacon. We serve this link with a side of house-made hot honey mustard for dipping.
Friday
January 17th
Smoked Picanha with house Chimichurri sauce. This special cut comes from the sirloin cap & made popular by Brazilian Steakhouses. We put our Texas BBQ spin on this cut by using a simple rub and slow smoking over post oak wood. Served with a drizzle of house chimichurri sauce.
Saturday
January 18th
Don't skip the house made sausage of the month of January:. The BEEF & BACON Sausage served with a side of Hot Honey Mustard.
Sunday
January 19th
Oak Smoked "Orange Chicken" Wings. Every Sunday we feature a one day only special house wing sauce in addition to our everyday wing sauces. This Sunday try our fan favorite "Orange Chicken" sauced wings. This sauce is a nod to a traditional Chinese takeout favorite dish. Our wings are 1st slow smoked over post oak wood then flash fried to finish. Sauced & Tossed to order. Don't skip em on those trays!

January 21st
Smoked Chicken Enchiladas - smoked chicken stuffed corn tortillas topped with our house verde sauce and Chile con Queso. Served by the plate with Spanish Rice & Pinto Beans.
Wednesday
January 22nd
SMOKED PRIME RIB by the plate with a special side of Duck Fat Potatoes with Crispy Pork Hash, a side of Sauteed Green Beans with bacon & tomatoes, a dinner roll, and horseradish cream sauce. Or grab it a la carte by the 1/2 lb.
Thursday
January 23rd
SMOKED BRISKET BURGER DAY! House Ground & Smoked Brisket Burgers! This week we are featuring 2 Big Mouth Burgers: The Bacon Cheddar Smokehouse Cheeseburger - dressed with house hickory sauce, bacon, cheddar cheese, fried onion strings, mayo, and pickles. Served with your choice of Homemade Onion Rings or Homemade French Fries. Or keep it classic with the ALL AMERICAN SMOKED BRISKET CHEESEBURGER - dressed with American Cheese, Switch special Sauce, and pickles. Choice of homemade onion rings or homemade fries.
