House-Made Sausage of the Month of June
Every month, we feature a new House-Made Sausage of the Month. Keep coming back for more unique creations from the Stiles Switch Sausage Team, led by Chris Crowley.
The Country Style Knockwurst
A garlic-forward bratwurst-style sausage traditionally smoked. 50/50 beef and pork blend house-ground with bacon. Then we hit it with every garlic in our arsenal: granulated, roasted, raw, and garlic powder with a base of traditional knockwurst spices: mace, allspice, paprika, and white pepper. Served with a side of our house Roasted Garlic Honey Mustard sauce for dipping.

June 14th
OAK SMOKED "Raspberry Chipotle" WINGS - get by for this house sauce. 1st we slow smoke our wings and flash fry to finish. Sauced and tossed to order.
Tuesday
June 16th
Chicken Fried Steak Finger Basket - served with Cream Gravy, Texas Toast, and Homemade French Fries.
Wednesday
June 17th
SMOKED PRIME RIB - served by the plate served with two special sides: Smoked Pork Hash with Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes & Sauteed Green Beans with Bacon & Tomatoes. Served with horseradish cream sauce and a dinner roll. Or grab this special cut by the 1/2 lb a la carte.
Thursday
June 18th
Smoked Brisket Burger Day! We start with house-ground and smoked 1/2lb brisket burgers. Today, we will be featuring two fan favorites. The STEAKHOUSE SMOKED BRISKET BURGER- dressed with Swiss Cheese, Carmelized Onions, Garlic Aioli, and topped off with a medallion of our house-made Bone Marrow & Roasted Garlic Compound Butter. Or keep it classic, and try the ALL AMERICAN SMOKED BRISKET CHEESEBURGER - dressed with American Cheese, Switch Special Sauce, and pickles. Both Burgers are served with your choice of homemade Onion Rings or Homemade French Fries.
