BACON CHEESEBURGER SAUSAGE
Inspired by the Classic Flavors of the Bacon Cheeseburger. This all Beef link is packed with 100% McClaren Farms Brisket ground & seasoned with all the big flavors. Mixed with carmelized onion, thick cut bacon, cheddar, and pickles.
Served with a side of Homemade Jalapeno Burger Sauce for Dipping!

House Brined & Smoked Ham served by the 1/2 lb today! Our house made Smoked Ham is one week in the making. We house-brine and smoke our boneless shoulder hams. Served with a side of our Honey BBQ Sauce. Grab this special cut today!
