THE BEEF MERGUEZ SAUSAGE

Don't skip that House Made Sausage of the Month: The Beef Merguez - All beef sausage, inspired by original recipes dating back to the 12th century! Bold tastes of cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne, cinnamon, garlic, and fennel are tempered by fresh cilantro and mint. Served with a side of Harissa Aioli and Moroccan Spiced Crackers.

Tuesday
February 24th

Pitmaster Cuban Sandwich - this sandwich is one week in the making as we house brine and smoke our hams in house. We take our house ham and slice it deli thin and pile it with our smoked pork shoulder. Dressed with Swiss Cheese, Lance's Mustard, and Pickles. Griddle Pressed. Served hot & ready with a side of homemade French Fries.

February 25th

SMOKED PRIME RIB - served by the plate served with two special sides: Smoked Pork Hash with Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes & Sauteed Green Beans with Bacon & Tomatoes. Served with horseradish cream sauce and a dinner roll. Or grab this special cut by the 1/2 lb a la carte.

February 26th

Smoked Brisket Burger Day! We start with house ground and smoked 1/2lb brisket burgers. Today we will be featuring (2) fan favorite burgers. THE OLE YELLER - This classic is dressed with Bacon, sliced Cheddar Cheese, Yellow Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, and Pickles. Served with your choice of homemade onion rings or homemade French fries. Or try the classic ALL AMERICAN SMOKED BRISKET CHEESEBURGER - dressed with American Cheese, Switch Special Sauce, and pickles. Served with your choice of homemade Onion Rings or Homemade French Fries.

Fry-Day for LENT season! We will be serving our SOUTHERN FRIED CATFISH PLATE - fried catfish, homemade hushpuppies, homemade French Fries, Switch Cole Slaw, and Jalapeno Tarter Sauce.

Smoked Pork Belly Banh Mi - Smoked Pork Belly sliced and drizzled with "sticky sauce." Dressed with lightly pickled carrots, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro. Finished with a drizzle of our house Sriracha Mayo. Served on a toasted fresh baguette. Includes side of Homemade Fries.
