Every Wednesday its Smoked Prime Rib Day at Stiles Switch BBQ! Served with Horseradish Cream Sauce, Creamed Spinach, Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole, and a dinner roll. Served by the plate or by the 1/2 lb.

It's Smoked Brisket Burger Day - 2 Great Burgers coming your way today! House Ground & Smoked Brisket Burgers! Try this week's featured Brie & Bacon Jam Brisket Burger- dressed with Brie Cheese, House Made Bacon Jam, Lettuce, Tomato, Sliced Red Onion, Pickles, and Mayo on a poppy seed Kaiser Roll. Served with a side of Homemade Onion Rings or Hawg Rub Seasoned French Fries.
