House Made Sausage of the Month of April

Every month we feature a new House Made Sausage of The Month. Keep coming back for more unique creations from the Stiles Switch Sausage Team led by Chris Crowley and Ryan Wilson.

The Smoked Kielbasa

A classic take on Kielbasa. Pork/beef sausage loaded with garlic, notes of white & black pepper with a whisp of marjoram. Served with a special version of Lance's Mustard with a horseradish kick.

April 14th

SUNDAY - OAK SMOKED "ORANGE CHICKEN" WINGS - Oak Smoked and Flash Fried To Finish. Sauced & Tossed to order. Orange Chicken is a nod to your favorite Chinese Take Out. Don't skip these wings in addition to our everyday sauces of Alabama White, Honey BBQ, Buffalo, and Garlic Parmesan.

It's Smoked Brisket Burger Day - 2 Great Burgers coming your way today! House Ground & Smoked Brisket Burgers! Try this week's featured PIMENTO CHEESE SMOKED BRISKET BURGER - dressed with Homemade Pimento Cheese, Chipotle Garlic Aioli, Lettuce, and Tomato. Served with a side of Homemade Onion Rings or Hawg Rub Seasoned French Fries.
