House-Made Sausage of the Month of August
Every month, we feature a new House-Made Sausage of the Month. Keep coming back for more unique creations from the Stiles Switch Sausage Team, led by Chris Crowley and Ryan Wilson.
THE SMOKED ITALIAN
This is a mild heat on an Italian-style link. Flavored with fresh garlic, fennel pollen, basil, and oregano. We pair this house-made link with a special "Angry Tomato Sauce" (spicy marinara) for dipping.

August 1st
The Special cut on the Block - the SMOKED PICANHA with House Chimichurri. This special cut is from the Sirloin Cap. We put our Texas BBQ spin on this one, slow smoking over post wood. If you are a steak lover, this one is for you! Don't skip it!

August 2nd
HOUSE-MADE SAUSAGE OF THE MONTH - AUGUST - THE SMOKED ITALIAN SAUSAGE - A classic Italian-style link (mild heat). Flavored with fresh garlic, fennel, basil, and oregano. We pair this house-made link with a special "Angry Tomato Sauce" (spicy marinara) for dipping. Don't skip it!

August 3rd
Oak Smoked "Spicy Thai" Wings - Our wings are slow smoked over Post Oak & flash fried to finish. Sauced & Tossed to order. This Sunday Funday try our Spicy Thai special house sauce in addition to our everyday flavors of Buffalo, Honey BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, Alabama White, and Lemon Pepper.
Tuesday
August 5th
The Mailman Sandwich - Brisket, Switch Original Sausage and diced onion all table chopped together. Dressed with Lance's Mustard and our house Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce. This sandwich delivers! Served with a side of homemade French Fries.
Wednesday
August 6th
SMOKED PRIME RIB by the plate with a special side of Duck Fat Potatoes with Crispy Pork Hash, a side of Sauteed Green Beans with bacon & tomatoes, a dinner roll, and horseradish cream sauce. Or grab it a la carte by the 1/2 lb.
Thursday
August 7th
SMOKED BRISKET BURGER THURSDAY - we start with house ground & smoked 1/2lb brisket burgers. This week try: The Hatch Green Chili Smoked Brisket Burger. Dressed with roasted Hatch Green Chilis, Pepperjack Cheese, Cilantro Lime Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, & pickles. Served with your choice of homemade onion rings or homemade fries. Or keep it classic with the ALL AMERICAN SMOKED BRISKET CHEESEBURGER - dressed with American Cheese, Switch special sauce, and pickles. Choice of homemade onion rings or fries.
