Every month, we feature a new House-Made Sausage of the Month. Keep coming back for more unique creations from the Stiles Switch Sausage Team, led by Chris Crowley.

BACON CHEESEBURGER SAUSAGE

Inspired by the Classic Flavors of the Bacon Cheeseburger. This all Beef link is packed with 100% McClaren Farms Brisket ground & seasoned with all the big flavors. Mixed with carmelized onion, thick cut bacon, cheddar, and pickles.

Served with a side of Homemade Jalapeno Burger Sauce for Dipping!

Tuesday
November 18th

Smoked Pork Belly Banh Mi - smoked pork belly thin sliced and drizzled with our house "sticky sauce." Dressed with lightly pickled carrots, red onion, and jalapeno. Finished with our house Sriracha Mayo. Served with a side of Homemade French Fries.

November 19th

SMOKED PRIME RIB by the plate with a special side of Duck Fat Potatoes with Crispy Pork Hash, a side of Sauteed Green Beans with bacon & tomatoes, a dinner roll, and horseradish cream sauce. Or grab it a la carte by the 1/2 lb.

November 20th

SMOKED BRISKET BURGER THURSDAY - we start with house ground & smoked 1/2lb brisket burgers. This week try: The BACON CHEDDAR SMOKEHOUSE BRISKET BURGER- Dressed with Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Fried Onion Strings, house Hickory BBQ Sauce, Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, and Pickles. Served with your choice of homemade onion rings or homemade French Fries. Or keep it classic with the ALL AMERICAN SMOKED BRISKET CHEESEBURGER - dressed with American Cheese, Switch special sauce, and pickles. Choice of homemade onion rings or fries.

The Special cut on the Block - the SMOKED PICANHA with House Chimichurri. This special cut is from the Sirloin Cap. We put our Texas BBQ spin on this one, slow smoking over post wood. If you are a steak lover, this one is for you! Don't skip it!
